I'd like it to be Layton, but with the mains series practically over, all they can do is milk spinoffs or whatever. It could be Scribblenauts (not sure about the PC version though)? Pheonix Wright? It's probably something obscure and/or insignificant.
Edit: Just a thought- Professor Layton: Original Trilogy on 3DS with widescreen, cleaned up 3D graphics, and all the games on a single cartridge. I would buy that in a heartbeat.

They didn't care enough about Cing's games to allow them to be distributed in the US when it mattered- they literally let the company die out of sheer indifference. I don't see why they would take an interest in them now. :(

Be interesting if they got OTO/EBA from iNiS, but I doubt that counts as "well known".

Can't be Dragon Quest because it's a multi-platform franchise and the DS and 3DS are still missing 1, 2, 3 and 8 (7 coming soon). And it can't be Harvest Moon because it too is a multi-platform franchise. It was also better known on the SNES and Nintendo 64.

My money is on Etrian Odyssey, which is all-DS.

If they did, then Atlus wouldn't have done it willingly. EO is way too big a cash cow for a small company like that to get rid of it.

I suspect it's probably Hotel Dusk and Trace Memory. With Cing being bankrupt, it would be easy for them to get these properties, particularly considering they already published them.
