This is why I love Canada, two weeks ago I went to EB Games to get Mass Effect Trilogy and I saw Ni No Kuni being sold. I probably get Fire Emblem this week.

There are plenty of stores that break that law. Call small game stores in your area to see if they are selling it early. Here in NYC, there are a lot of stores break the release date. I've seen it broken up to two weeks prior to a games release.
