I already have a hard copy of the game from it's initial retail release. So now I have the cart and the game installed on my system.

I play Mario Kart with friends most Sundays, so it saves me from having to take my copy with me.

I plan on downloading Super Mario 3D Land at some point as well, even though I have a physical copy. I really enjoy that game and could see myself playing it a lot more if it were always with me.

I will probably do the same for the Resident Evil titles when they are released on the eShop.

After that it's gonna be all digital for me. No hard copy for Fire Emblem, or Monster Hunter, or Castlevania. I'm going digital and I don't plan on looking back.

You've probably already figured out that the save file isn't shared between copies. Prettyyyyy dumb, huh?

I can afford it. It's not like I'm giving the money to Hitler.

You know, sadly enough some particular users here would argue that analogy is true.

Congrats! I'm glad you realized that, going 100% is pretty awesome when you can have all your games in one place and can switch at any time.

Some would argue that you could run out if space. But if you really like your 3DS as much as I do, then you could always invest in a little storage. I bought a 128gb memory card and formatted it into FAT32 and now I have 999,999 blocks lol! So I never have to worry about it ever again. I download a ton of eshop games so this really works for me, all my friends that have seen me go digital have done it themselves at first they complain but once they d-load their first game they end up selling all they physical titles and going digital completely

Welcome to 2013 my frinend.
