Doesn't surprise me since the physical game has been in short supply.

^ This explains it obviously, and apparently sims games are in season. I never knew games as such, with no depth whatsoever, were even popular.

Depth =/= Fun

An encyclopedia can have incredible depth, but not fun at all. It has nothing to do with popularity, but yes, popularity helps.

Fun is subjective.

Have you ever thought that some people get off on encyclopedias? Actually, I didn't until you posted that but still! >:u

Japanese gamers are dumbasses. Why the hell would you buy a "digital" anything?

Have fun not owning your games anymore!

I'd imagine because living spaces are small.

3DS games take huge amounts of spaces in an average Japanese home/apt.

I believe it because it a game that doesn't really justify a hard copy. Having to lug around to play only a few mins of a day along side another game that you're going to be play few more then that.

This is probably the only game I'd consider getting the digital version of so it's always on there without me having to carry around the cart.

Still going to get the physical one though, more than likely.

The good news is that the 3DS seems to be close to being hacked so soon you will be able to carry backups of all your games with you on a single flashcart.

Once again digital downloading makes no sense.

I pity "gamers" that are completely clueless.

> thinks collecting a bunch of trinkets and doing everyday chores has any kind of depth
> has the audacity to call ME clueless

Oh yeah, so I guess shooting people and blowing stuff up has more depth? Maybe until you grow up a bit more.
