Even though I have not played FE:A and only played KI:U and love it dearly, FE:A almost certainly has more content and has the potential for a lot of content since it uses DLC. This is almost non-debatable.

Kid icarus uprising has online multi and achievements as well as nearly infinite weapon varations and a more robust difficulty system. And tons of trophies to earn. And a sound test mode.

Fire emblem has more chapters, Spotpass content, and far more playable characters. Also far more dialog varations and tons of marriage, children and reclassing options. And DLC.

Both are quite meaty. Meatier then a slaughterhouse. But fire emblem awakening manages to out content even kid icarus uprising

Fire Emblem has more content, though you have to (most likely) pay over $100 to access it all.
