Nintendo 3DS

It's way faster than on my PS3, never had to wait too much even for big games like Code of Princess. Must be your connection.

If your 3DS gets stolen from your house, most likely all your other games are gone too, so it's a moot point. And if you keep track of your valuable stuff like your 3DS, you won't lose it.

it's probibly your wireless settings. Certain settings for that wireless will be faster then other settings. You haven't said one thing about what router your using. Or if your using something that can even use the highest wireless g speeds.
It might be interference with your wireless signal. Try changing the channel the router is using. If you have other devices connected wirelessly to the router they eat some of the speed.
