One guy says the game will be rare in a month and he's charging 150 dollars for it along with art book.

He obviously didn't see how well Awakening sold,
there is no way Nintendo is letting this game slip by unnoticed.

Why would a company not produce more of something that is selling so well, so quickly? So people can sell it an make a profit themselves?

EB Games isn't the only store selling Fire Emblem. They just got the early release. All the other stores will release them in 2 days.
