That's actually put at the end of every CL ad, unless they opt not to.
If you don't put that at the end, you might get completely unrelated responses like an offer to mow your yard or something stupid like that.

Unless Futureshop, Bestbuy, Toysrus, Chapters, Wal-mart, Target, Costco, Local Mom and Pop shops and Amazon all sell out, this game will not be rare.

the store near me wont sell it at all.
Also, this game is on eshop on the 4th so haha to those that think this will be rare.
I dont see why people freak out over the rarity now, it'll be downloadable.
Just be patient kids, or learn to pre-order.

It's not a bad tactic on Nintendo's part, really. They want to promote the digital version so they limit printing of a physical version. The eShop version will never go below $40, so there's no reason for people to charge less for the rarer physical version, and slowly the scarcity of the physical copy will cause its price to go up, making the digital copy at $40 look better and better in comparison.
Well assuming this is true (I don't think Nintendo wants digital to succeed really, an all digital market is detrimental to their success and they would have to change their entire business model) If I can't get me a physical copy due to restricted supply I will just wait for them to make more, and if they cancel it for some reason, oh look a 3ds just went up for sale on Ebay, don't want too much of that to happen Nintendo.
