Does anyone know the best place to order it from? I live in the US by the way.

Check this topic. It was made a little while ago. I don't have a Japanese 3DS, but I will get one at some point, due to E.X. Troopers not arriving over here at all, and the eShop. In fact, that game is on the eShop, so it will be cheaper to get it digitally.

Not changing sig until Toad, Jill and Drill Dozer are playable characters in the new Smash Bros.

Best place is amiami.com. Whoever recommends Play-Asia is most likely trolling at this point as their prices are absolute extortion.
DLC, online passes and the rise of casual budget gaming have ruined the video game industry.

So you're suggesting I order from http://www.nippon-yasan.com? Those prices seem to good to be true

my first choice would be yesasia.com
free shipping over $39 US and I never got taxed for customs.
2nd choice would be play-asia.com
free shipping not available on hardware, and potential customs.

but both of them are reliable.

I've bought a bunch of games from Nippon-Yasan. They're more trustworthy than shady HK-based sites like Play-Asia and yesasia, to say the least.

MrFwibbles also mentioned amiami, which is another good choice, though I haven't bought any games or systems there (just a few BDs and other anime memorabilia).

what?
yesasia and play-asia are not shaddy sites! (they are from HK) I've probably bought around 200 orders from both of them combined, and I have NEVER had any problems.
