I found it for 31.99 brand new at Gamestop, but bought it for 3 bucks after turning in two games and preordering Pokemon X to get more taken off the purchase price. I'm glad I didn't spend 40 bucks, though, yikes.

The game wasn't necessarily bad, though, it just didn't seem to have what I thought it would.

You're getting mixed reactions because it's a really niche type of game. If you aren't interested in replaying a beat 'em up with different characters, then you will probably dislike it. I found it enjoyable, but I think it's a game most will find disappointing.

Looks like just the sort of game I'd like to play however its STILL not out in the UK, I would import but Nintendo decided to slap a region lock on 3DS- nice one Nintendo.

Get Mario Kart 7 instead. I own Code of Princess and while it isn't bad you'll probably get bored after 10 hours.
