yeah if I have to pay $17 more for a physical copy I rather go digital, in fact....if I can't find a game anywhere new around my town that is also available digitally about the same price as digital or lower then I rather go digital. I find the first part mario games to be $35 used is dumb (Super Princess Peach is $44 for used) >.> now those I rather have digital then.

Have you tried Toy's R' Us lately?. they have it for $34.99 brand new.. at least in-store they do.
