I remember the Black Sigil studio was making 2 other games for the DS. I dunno what happened to the studio itself though. --- http://backloggery.com/legendaryhero99 When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.
I don't know much about the first and third game, but Theresia is an excellent game that is rarely, if ever, discussed. I highly recommend getting it. --- "The Arcana is the means by which all is revealed."
The others I don't know, but I have the old boardgame 'The warlock of firetop mountain', decent fun for 3-4 people, up to 6 if I remember well. --- Now playing: Dragon's Dogma, Batman AC, Fifa 13, Sonic Racing. Just finished: Trine 2 DC.

I dunno about those two other games, but I distinctly remember the developers of this game first released it DIGITALLY, as a free ROM download, because they finished the game but the publisher backed out in the last minute. Frustrated, they decided to share it. They probably managed to pick up a new publisher soon after, because I started seeing the game in shelves a few months later. I guess the freebie generated enough positive feedback that they were able to pitch it.
Suffice to say, they almost did not make it. I dunno if they still do though. --- pardon if my posts suck, i post by tapping on the handset button on a one-way analog handset. i saw Hannibal Lecter do it.
Some DS games which are fantastic but people don't talk about: Time Hollow Lux-Pain
I like the direction this thread is headed in.
Frood, you're a Federal Agent. You represent the United States government. Never end a sentence with a preposition.
But the games TC has mentioned look pretty cool. I'll have to keep an eye out for those, especially if they're cheap. --- PSN: Echidneys | 3DS: 4468 1242 8413 "It sucks, and you're all stupid for liking it."
Theresia has to be one of my favorite DS games. It is a point and click puzzle/mystery game with exploration similar to old persona and etrian odyssey. It has a pretty intense story and really good atmosphere. If you aren't into point and click mysteries, it may not be up your alley, but you can usually find it for 17ish bucks at EB games, so it is worth a shot. This isn't a game you can mindlessly point and click and hoping to magically find the items you need as pretty much the entire game is riddled with traps that will hurt you if do not inspect the area before "touching". --- 3ds Friend Code - 2878-9590-2593
