I'm fine with first person unless platforming's involved, then it feels like in moving with a periscope taped to my forehead. --- If the Sega Master System was a speed bump to the NES, the Atari 7800 was a tire-staining squirrel.
Being able to see your characters makes it easier to judge movement and distance. I hate having to do anything involving platforming while in first person, although Mirror's Edge kinda handed it nicely. --- (\/)(\/)|-|
