planning on buying a 3ds!

So I got a couple of questions

1)How is the pixelation on the XL?
2)How bad are the speakers on the XL? I always play without a headset.
3)Is it possible to format an used 3ds so it looks like I bought a new one?

1)Its fine.
2) I found it loud enough. Though I never play games too loud so it depends on your preference. It's nowhere near as bad as people make it seem.
3) Are you asking if you can format the system so you can sell it as new or something? Sorry,

1. Negligible.
2. Just a bit quieter than the original. I never play at max volume even on the XL as I find the level slightly uncomfortable. If the ambient noise is such that the volume isn't suficient, you wouldn't be able to hear the regular 3DS either... imho.
3. Sure.

No, The question is if I can buy a used one, format it and make it look like a new one. So new eshop id, everything erased and making just like starting the system for the first time.
