Single transfer question!!

I bought my niece a 3ds last year but I bought starfox digitally for myself for it. I finally poneyed up the $$ for my own 3ds and I want to put starfox on my 3ds but I don't want all of her stuff, just starfox. Is this possible to do for 1 thing instead of a whole system transfer?
