I'll be buying:

Monster Hunter 3DS
Castlevania
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
Pokemon X/Y

I was going to get Luigi's Mansion, but I'm done purchasing games that should be single player with multiplayer tacked on to assuage the children who believe it belongs in every single title. I'll spend the time I would have spent on Luigi's Mansion playing Bioshock Infinite, a game with developers courageous enough to not jump on the needless multiplayer bandwagon.

Definitely Pokemon X and Y, that one's a no-brainer. Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Etrian Odyssey IV have my interests piqued, especially EOIV since I got to play the demo. If I get a chance to snag it, I probably will. It was pretty fun, and very different.

Otherwise I'm waiting until October to buy Pokemon Y

MH3U fof the 3DS does NOT have online play, just free dlc quests. The WiiU versoon has online play.

But I'm getting MH3U next, then Animal Crossing.

I have already paid for the four, as soon as my independent video game retailer can take money for Animal Crossing and Rune Factory IV, I will pay for two copies each (one for my brother, one for me).
Maybe Project X Zone. I don't know if I will get Fire Emblem down the line or not...
