Since there is no JP direct and US and EU only, my guess is it's only going to be localization announcements and dates.

Screw new games. I just want Dragon Quest VII, Dragon Quest Monsters, and Bravely Default localization announcements. I'm sure a big game like Zelda would be announced at a big event like TGS or possibly E3.
