Can eshop game save data be transfered?

Can i transfer eshop games (like pushmo, zelda,..) save data to my PC to backup and if my SD gets corrupted, i just copy them back and everything is fine?

Yes and no. You can only do so by backing up the entire data of your SD Card regularly, since the saves are no external files, but stored inside the game files... somewhere.
