games or gameboy color games from the 3ds shop channel?

I've never made a Nintendo account, hailing from the middle east after all. That region is avoided like wildfire when it comes to the gaming industry.

So I want to know if it's possible despite that? I don't know the proper steps to do so after all. A bit new to this whole thing.

Unfortunately you can't because the 3DS eShop uses actual money and not points like the Wii does.
