YES seriously guys. The MonHun series is great! I've been playing since 1 and on the PSP. The game may be tough but it is VERY rewarding. I suggest starting out with SnS.

I might give it a chance much later. Not right now, have other better things to do.
Seriously though, I might just forget about it until I have absolutely nothing to do. That'll be the time I will try again.

Also, still have to download the demo for MonHun.

The controls are very clunky and bad. There needs to be an aiming lock-on system so that my attacks actually connect with the enemy.

I was hoping the demo would convince me to buy, but I'm sort of in limbo. Can't really decide. Also not sure I have time to sink into something that people report playing for 300+ hours.

There is a reason there is no lock-on system.

The aiming is supposed to be entirely manual to add to the difficulty. The characters are real humans using heavy gear. MH isn't supposed to play like an RPG where skinny characters use ginormous swords like they weight nothing.

played it myself, that is horrible and an horrible excuse, games are not supposed to be based around reality, especially not this one.

everything about the game is horrible.

Well don't do anything crazy like try to learn them or practice. I mean, geez the game must be horrible if you aren't automatically good at it. What are they thinking, trying to give YOU a challenge.

The controls aren't clunky or bad, you're just too lazy to learn them. This isn't a press the attack button to win game, so either step your game up or stick to easy games.
