you implied by saying you think 3ds could emulate n64 that's not possible UNLESS emulation was literally copy paste.

I didnt imply a damn thing. So again, pulling assumptions out of nowhere.

i already explained it'd be impossible for 3ds to emulate n64 unless emulation is literally copy paste.

the hardware power issue is already a given you cannot emulate a system if your system isn't at least the same ammount of power.
this would apply to even copy pasting the games.

so all that's left is architecture. if you think 3ds can run n64 games then the only reason you'd think that is because you think the architecture isn't an issue.

the way emulation works proves my point back in 2000s it'd be hard to find a pc that wasn't more powerful then a ps2,yet they're were no ps2 emulators for years.

if it was just power that was all that was needed they could've made one within a year.
but go ahead play wii games on a hacked psp if you think it's that easy.

What does explaining this have to do with my post? Oh,wait. Nothing because you cant give me an answer on how you came to the conclusion I was talking about the emulation when I said nothing about it and made no implication.

Explain why you qouted me earlier in this thread than if your not trying to claim i'm lying about how emulation works, quit back pedaling.

Since seasons and ages are coming to the eshop, that automatically means that they've halted development of any other zeldas for the next 5 years.

It certainly does have the power to emulate n64 games.

People seem to forget that OoT was on the N64.

really? how that was one of the more iconic n64 games more so than majoras i think

I can't wait. While I'd have liked a remake of the Oracles, I've been hoping to have the games brought back in some form so more people can play them.

Whatever. The fact is that Nintendo owes us, the loyal consumers, a public apology for taking so long to give us these games and leaving us in the dark.

Lol,no. They dont owe us jack. So quit acting like they do,kid.

But it would be nice

Lol you deleted your post that implicated you. You can still see it being quoted on the second page. Pathetic.

What's really pathetic is acting like I implied anything when I didnt. Your just grasping at straws in a poor attempt to make it look like I was talking about emulation when I wasnt. Your just as bad as Smashking.

If you knew anything in general, you would know OoT was on the N 64 first. Good job making yourself look like a fool again.

By even making a snarky comment, you implied that you know how emulation works. When SmashKing stated that you can't emulate N64 games on the 3DS, you stated that "if [he] knew anything [which includes emulation] in general..." Furthermore, by dictating that SmashKing does not know emulation ("anything" includes emulation), you implied that you knew enough of it in the first place to make such a conjecture.

You should just keep to asinine name-calling since that's all you seem to be good at.

3DS CPU = Off the shelf ARM11. Runs at 266 MHz and features very low efficiency per clock cycle.
Wii CPU = Heavily Customized PowerPC. Runs at 729 MHz and features very high efficiency per clock cycle.
Anybody who thinks that the 3DS is on par with the Wii or that it can emulate the N64 is delusional or simply has no idea what they're talking about.
