I don't know.

I recommend getting TTYD. Like, immediately.

It's a very different game, you can try it if you like. I personally prefer PM64. TTYD is still the best, though.

Consider this signature an outdated and groan-inducing meme.

did you like pm64 though? if you did, you will like the gamecube one just as much if not more. the 3ds one on the other hand, same basic gameplay (turn based) but no partners, no exp to get, money is kinda useless except for buying the stronger stickers.

Dr. Light: That's right. It's a variable. It represents unlimited potential.

I loved PM64 and GC versions, they were so awesome.
First I didn't want to buy Sticker Star, since I heard it had a completely different formula. Yesterday I got it as a birthday present and I have to admit that this game is very fun and addicting! Though you don't have partners and you can't level up I still would recommend you this game. The gameplay is somehow different but still very fun and enjoyable :)

First thing's first: Buy the Gamecube Paper Mario game and a Gamecube and play that game. If you remotely like the first PM than you'll love the second one.

As for Sticker Star, it's a fun experience just as long as you can accept something different.

Yes, you can increase your health I think by finding hidden items. Or doing stuff for toads. Though I haven't got to far into it.

Yes. This is pretty much the entirety of the "leveling up" experience in the game...

It's more like a typical Mario game in the storybook style, rather than a PM RPG.

I still enjoyed it though. Put about 25ish hours into it during my first playthrough, that's including finding all the stickers and such... but not unlocking all the flag achievements.
