What's with the 3DS and the MT Framework Mobile engine?

The enhanced Capcom logo on the Monster Hunter demo is pure sweetness. I want to play the demo over and over just to watch the logo fall into place. Of course it has nothing to do with the awesomeness that is the NT Framework Mobile engine.

Capcom certainly has the engineers and the finances to make pure sweetness shine on the 3DS. Wish all developers could do the same. But of course Capcom has deeper pockets than 90% of 3rd party developers.

i feel like japanese developers just understands fps

they know it looks smoother at 60

still wanna try DMC4 (MT Framework game as well) at 120fps but my monitor doesnt support that

A certain user on the Wii U board claims MH3U on Wii U runs at 48fps or less. lol.
Didnt think that would be true as the 3DS version runs at 60.

I keep hearing about that, is it true that MH3U Wii U version runs at 48FPS or something?

I haven't played the Wii U version or seen it in action on a video with an uncapped framerate, so I can't speak from personal experience. But Digital Foundry I believe did a framerate analysis video of the game and clocked it at 48fps max. Very odd. That's certainly smoother than the Wii version or Tri and previous MH games, but it's very odd that the 3DS version can possible actually run smoother than a Wii U version, even in 3D. Higher resolution or not, the Wii U version should be fully capable of 60fps constant even at 1080p...

My only assumption is that perhaps they didn't completely optimize the engine for Wii U hardware. It may have been a rush job or something like that.

When I played the demo for MH3U on my 3DS XL, the frame rate didn't appear to be 60 FPS to me but more like 40-ish FPS.

Still pretty impressive that the graphics are better than the Wii version and actually has a higher framerate even with 3D enabled which essentially renders the game's 3D graphics in real time twice.
