If it's a on a Nintendo console they'll automatically pin the blame on Nintendo. If it's on a Sony/Microsoft console they'll ask for assistance/troubleshoot before pinning the blame on the company. Classic.

I've honestly never been as frustrated with any other online store as I get when trying to navigate Nintendo's eshop. It's unneccisarily difficult to find something I'm looking for because they don't properly categorize anything. It looks like they just throw their ware into whatever category sounds good and eye catching at the time.
