The reason I didn't file a report was because, in general, I'm a pretty "I don't want to be trouble" kinda guy. I only had a suspicion of who did it.

Also, already got Trilogy. In fact, I had two before. :v

better man than I am.
if I had a suspicion i'd tell the police

Lucky you. If it was up to me, I'd give you nil. It's not my fault you lost your DSi (not that I'm saying it's your fault as well). Nice of them, really. One thing though, if you lost a DSi, wouldn't asking for Xenoblade Chronicles and Kirby Cursed Canvas, both Wii games, be kind of out of place?

No, because he doesn't HAVE a DSi to play them on.

I'm not saying He's batman, I'm just saying no-ones ever seen Darth Vader and batman in the same room together.

so wait if I get my 3DS stolen, i'd need a police report to get refunded for all the games I bought (that are registered on Club Nintendo)? I mean as it is i'm being "safe" by getting only cartridge games and only having ONE game on me at any time i'm not home.

You'd need to verify to Nintendo that it was stolen.

This is a selection of what I'm debating.

Donkey Kong Country Returns ($50.00)
Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition ($40.00)
Kirby's Epic Yarn ($50.00)
Kirby's Return to Dream Land ($50.00)
Rhythm Heaven Fever ($30.00)
Samurai Warriors 3 ($50.00)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess ($50.00)
Fire Emblem Awakening ($40.00)
Kid Icarus: Uprising ($40.00)
Mario Tennis Open ($40.00)
Pokémon Rumble Blast ($35.00)
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon ($30.00)
Picross DS ($30.00)
Pokémon SoulSilver ($35.00)

Unfortunately none of what I especially wanted was available. Not a bad selection at least.

Debating, though: should I get Fire Emblem: Awakening, even though I own it digitally? Wouldn't mind owning a physical copy. Also considering getting Kid Icarus just to force a friend to play it :v

I recommend Infinite Space. It was a very overlooked gem that is hard to find now.

No, because he doesn't HAVE a DSi to play them on.

He has a 3DS though considering he is debating Uprising..
