So far I have:

Kid Icarus: Uprising
Pokemon Black&White
Pokemon Diamond
Pokemon Battle Revolution
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow
Shadow of the Colossus
Rune Factory 2
inFamous 2 Red Soundtrack
Killzone 3 soundtrack
Monster Hunter 3
Monster Hunter 1, Freedom, Unite
Battlefield 3
Mario Galaxy
Smash Bros. Brawl

I'm planning to get the FE:A, and Skyward Sword one.

That's all I have so far I think.

I can't begin to list what soundtracks I have, it'd take about 10 posts or so...

I've got a lot of OST samplers (mainly from Atlus games), the OOT 3D one, and the Dragon Quest Monsters 2 Symphonic Suite CD.

When do you listen to a game soundtrack when not playing the game?

I'd say the majority of the time I play any game the sound is off or very low. While it may have epic moments, I've never thought of owning the soundtrack for a game.
With friends like you, who needs enemies?

^ Most of what I listen to on my iPod is video game music. Chiptune, orchestrated, or otherwise. Some of us really like game music.
