Mascot is a character that represents something. For example Bugs Bunny is the mascot of Warner, Mickey Mouse is Disney's mascot and Mario is Nintendo's mascot.


I know what a mascot is. But TC is listing all of these characters, as if they're all mascots. Mario is Nintendo's mascot.

Mario is Nintendo's only mascot. The other 1st party IPs are just that: 1st party IPs.

Mario. I grew up with him and most of my favorite games I played are about him.

There's Super Mario World, Super Mario All Stars, Game Boy Donkey Kong, Super Mario RPG, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Mario Party 3, Paper Mario, Super Mario Sunshine, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, New Super Mario Bros Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Mario Sports Mix, Super Mario 3D Land, Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and...er, I think and hope there will be more.
