Sakura samurai is on sale right now and reviews are pretty mixed. Wondering what gamefaqs goers think about the game.

Game board is dead (well, seems like it was never alive).

Mixed reviews for a reason. You either like it or you don't.
It's not exactly long or impressive, but it does test your reaction time.

I don't know how much you like reaction games, but I would
consider Sakura Samurai as a reaction game.

Yeah I've heard it described as being like Punch-out, which is pretty much how you play the game. Dodge/counter/etc.

It's not too bad especially if it's on sale.

I'm pretty neutral games like that since I haven't played many. If any... outside of a few rhythm games.

I liked it. It was woefully short, but I greatly enjoyed what was there. I'd love to see a longer, meatier sequel.

It was okay. I wish there was a bit more variety, but there's nothing wrong with it, per se. I'd say go for it, while it's on sale.
