Can you change the color palette of GB games from the virtual console?

Like you could on GBC, GBA, and super gameboy? Normally you would hold a direction and a or b as the gb game boots up.

Sadly not, you onlyhave two colors and that's B/W and GB Green. Holding down L and R prompts the color swap

Damn that sucks. Maybe that's something they could update eventually. Would be nice.

Maybe though honestly not many games looked all that better with color for the GB line up

Not necessarily about it looking better.
