its up to you and remember what you do,you do of your own free will.i dont support this action but i have done it myself just to get the 2 game and watch collection DS games from club nintendo.

go into your local gamestop and find all first party games.open up the cases and write down the CN codes to games you dont have and register them on your CN account.its fast and you will probably will get more coins than you need.remember this is up to you and you do it of your own free will.also remember you asked "what's the cheapest way to get 20 CN coins"you didnt say "how can i get 20 CN coins fast"

I went out an bought pikmin 2, but you can get them off of ebay for about $3 for a game you haven't registered yet, or for free you could go to a gamestop with a cameraphone and take pics of club Nintendo codes inside the used game section. Nearly every Nintendo game have I got there used had a valid code, and most of the time the employees don't care.

My Gamestop's has America's Test Kitchen DS used for $0.99 and it comes with a CN code. you could check your Gamestop and see if they have a copy availible. that should give you at least 30 after all is said and done :).
