E-shop and System Transfer?

I was hoping to go for the Target deal on the XL, so I've been wondering about this. Does the system transfer process transfer over the E-shop account onto the new system? I looked through (via CTRL + F) the stickied thread. The only answer there about the E-shop is a bit vague. The info on the official site is all about funds, but I'm more concerned the record of your downloads, in case I ever have to reformat and then need to redownload.

Yes, but I think you will lose some saved data. For example, you will have to unlock everything in Swapnote again. Etc.

The list of downloaded games under "Your Downloads" in Settings does transfer over, then?

If so, losing some data won't be too bad. Thanks for the quick answer!

Is that true? I don't want ot have to get every single stationary in SwapNote again.

When you system transfer your eshop goes with it. So all games do too.
