It'll probably be a tablet of some sort. You just know Nintendo is watching a cheap tablet like Nexus 7 that sells for $200.

Im basically looking for something that is still portable yet highly powerful, yet somewhat more efficient on battery life.

Something that can produce beautiful depth and height in level design. Go anywhere, climb any mountain, jump from the highest heights, etc.

Something cool would be sort of a grand theft auto type of mmo where you can do anything with your friends and voice chat via in game cell phones, and open chat without phones when you're together in the same range, or partied.

A final Fantasy XI mmo style game for handhelds would be awesome as well.

I mix between holoboy idea and the HDS.

Bottom screen will have a holographic display. Top screen will showcase in HD parallax 3D

HoloBoy Advance. You heard it here first, folks.

Sorry, console. And I've said that, like, in 2011 or something.

At least, Nintendo's been playing around with holodisplays since around that time. Unless by now they've suddenly got incredibly compact holodisplays, it'll probably be console. I hope they do it with AR. Holo and AR should be cool.

That's an awesome video.

I know we're still at the beginning era of the 3DS, but what is next for Nintendo's next gen handheld?
Gameboy - Portable system
Gameboy Colour - Portable system w/ colour
Gameboy Advance - Increase from 8 bit to 32 bit.
Nintendo DS - Dual screen, touch screen with stylus support, wifi connection.
Nintendo 3DS - 3D, increased graphics, gyroscope

Next gen handheld - 2nd analog stick built in, increased graphics, proper ergonomics, widescreen screens, rumble, not sure what the next gimmick is.

What's your thoughts. Do you think Nintendo will surprise us gamers again, or just a refinement of what we already saw.

i would not expect to see it till around 2016-18

Iwata said it won't be 3D focused and that it won't include 3D or it will just be a small additional feature that isn't the focus.

I would love something like a GBA 2.
