So I bought a prepaid card and accidently scratched off the code too hard...

and now I cant read the code. Is there anyway I can replace it? I emailed nintendo support but im assuming it will take a while to get a reply.

you should call nintendo's support not email them

I'm sure they arent gonna do anything because those cards usually say "Scratch off lightly" to cover their butts

Post a high enough resolution photo of just the area you can't read and the internet will tell you what it says.
