For those players who don't speak Australian, we have provided an English translation of the previous scene. Do you want to replay the scene?

I'm honestly surprised we (US) got the sava data transfer tool before you guys, considering it was slated for japan first with ZERO announcement about it becoming availible to the US, lol. it's shocking really considering this is NOA and all...

Half/half with Japan/Australia. (Actually more like 25/75 for the past year and foreseeable future due to commitments here)

Then I have two question.

Does the Japan hate region locks as much as America?

Do you have any idea why Yoshi's Island is not on the Wii VC?

Probably note as much.
After all, there are more games that can be only played on the JP 3DS than there are for any other region.

1. Not that I've noticed. From a personal point of view, all the games I want to play usually release in Japan only, or way before other regions. There are a few games that I wouldn't mind having (Adventure Time, WWE, and some that EU got) but it's nothing I'm too fussed about.

And with what Serenade said, Japan seems to support the 3DS much more in terms of games, promotions, etc. The eShop always has stuff going for it each week, much better VC support and a much, much larger 3DSware library. More sales also.

2. No idea. I never paid much attention to the Wii or WiiU VC.
