Club Nintendo Help

So I have a family account for my son, my GF, and myself. I registered my older Blue 3DS XL and Luigi's Mansion and received my free game. I registered my gf's Pikachu XL and her copy of LM and got her free game. Now here comes the problem. I registered my Pikachu XL and my copy of PMD and am given the option to select a free game but when I go to order the code it tells me to have the account admin order it as its my son's CN account that is trying to get the free game. When I log back into my account I cannot place the order for the free game.

Thanks for the help. There's a possibility this issue has occurred before to somebody else. I just thought asking might result in somebody that has experienced the same issue would luckily see my post and assist with how they dealt with the issue.

Yes but it doesn't show up unless I'm logged into my son's account and that results in me being told only the account admin can order the free game code. But when I log into my account (the account admin for my family account) I can't order the code.

I called earlier today and they told me to expect a response within 2 business days and that I should be called or just emailed the code for the game I chose.
