I'm getting this message when I try to purchase the Fire Emblem DLC. My card seems to check out okay. I haven't gotten a message saying my card's been blocked or anything. Is it a problem with Nintendo? --- ...Eh.

I have that problem sometimes, and I find out every time that it's because I have insufficient funds (i.e. no money in my checking account).
