My internet sucks for live streams, so I couldn't watch it...but I thought I'd heard something was confirmed.

Did they confirm an official English title?

It's being released in Europe in 2013 and it's subtitle is Azran Legacy.

Oh okay, thanks.

Looks like Europe has the upper hand on us Americans this time. Which kinda makes sense, given the series' UK setting.

I hyperventilated when Shibata mentioned Layton. Then I needed to be in my bunk when he confirmed it's coming out in 2013 in Europe.

It doesn't make sense, seeing as every other game in the series was released in Europe ages after the US version. I think Europe had to wait a year extra or so for the 2nd game.

In SA2, it's Super Sonic and Hyper Shadow.

The Layton series sells a lot more here than in the US, it only makes sense. Plus they don't want to break the yearly release pattern now that we're at the end.

Still doesn't make sense.

Pattern of 5 games being released much, much later >>>>>> Game selling more in Europe
Previous games also sold more in Europe, yet they didn't mind letting Europeans wait for an extra year or so.
