For graphics a little more (not exactly) like this... (http://tinyurl.com/cokbcam)
I get what they're doing with the graphics and to make the 3D look good that's probably how they have to do them. But for games like LttP I think an upgrade with hand-drawn HD is more appropriate. Hopefully they'll improve the graphics as development goes on but right now they just look so lifeless and almost amateur like it's fan-made . --- https://www.facebook.com/AbstractedRealism (pinup and boudoir) https://www.facebook.com/KulhaPhotography (families, scenery, etc)

But let's thank glaux that this trailer is really just a work in progress. Nothing's final. They'll probably give it a more distinct art style because when I first watched the video I thought, "This looks kinda like an OLD windows 98 game..." lol Still excited for new Zelda though. --- Just so no assumptions are made, I'm a happily married 25 yr old vegetarian male that refurbishes antique gaming consoles for fun.

Yeah, it looks nice enough overall but some of the things just look a little cheap and lifeless. Like with the NSMB series the graphics will do their job just fine but don't add anything to the experience and don't have a unique style like they used to have (Yoshi's Island is a prime example).
I do like the art direction in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. It makes the game look and feel a bit more like SMRPG which is a great thing.
I'm still incredibly curious about aLttP2 and I think it will be a great game. I wish I could say the same about Yoshi's Island 3DS though, I love the SNES original but didn't care for the DS game and now the 3DS game again features the exact same gameplay but with an awkward art style....I'll definitely wait and see how that one turns out. --- m e g a m a n f o r e v e r
