How do I know if the games are PAL ...

Zelda is rated G and on the back theres nothing specific but it does state: Distributed by Nintendo Australia which I guess covers it.

MGS3 is rated 15 on the front. It does state European Registered Design but again nothing specific. By that I mean 'PAL' or European version. I guess they don't expect the different versions of games to be floating around the different areas.

That in the red circle is what you should look for. I've not bought an Australian 3DS game since I import (way cheaper to buy from the UK, even if I have to wait a couple of weeks for it) but that thing looks like it would be standard across all countries as Nintendo's basic template for a back cover.

"G" and "15" are not ESRB ratings, so those should be PAL.
