So if I buy a game on ebay from Canada, it'll work in my US 3DS?

Yes. Canada is NTSC. Still part of North America. Only difference is we have French added to our box art and manuals.

Cool. No difference in language in the game though? If it's in French, can I change to English? Or is it just the box art that's different?

Just figured out why the price is cheaper, lol. $15 international shipping. Crap. Oh well.

That's nothing, when I checked the US eBay when I saw something there cheaper, guy wanted $20+ for shipping.
