What type of game should be Luigis next adventure?

So, I think Luigis mansion is done, they should leave it alone now.
But I was thinking, Luigi would be perfect for a murder mystery type game.

It's a quirky and untouched genre for Nintendo.
His comical reactions would work perfectly, and it can still have a slight horror theme to it. Just not just sucking up ghost again.

I think you're right with this.

I wouldn't want a platformer / RPG - in my eyes it'd just be a reskinning of a traditional Mario title.

Something like Hotel Dusk but with a Luigi twist would be very cool.

If not another Luigi's Mansion, then Luigi: The Green Ninja

More villains need to be protagonists. BIS proves it can work.
Ridley, Ganondorf, Fawful, Bowser, and Dimentio all for their own games!

Murder mystery=detective, Luigi detective game! It has been done before by Nintendo with Luigi himself in the one of the worst games ever Mario is missing.

Came in here to say that.
Of course, Mario is Missing 2 would be amazing (this is a joke).

I'd no joke like to see a platformer/beat 'em up genre. Like Wario World, but Luigi and you'd have all sorts of power ups like the Fire Flower, maybe be able to use the cape later to double jump, things like that lol there could even be a "magic" bar for some of the skills.
