A sad day and sad decisions to be made. Buy this for just one game?

Maybe he secretly knows that Martha Stewart is coming out soon and he's holding back on the information.

Lol. I was pretty sure I had said what game I wanted in my first post (I actually didn't) I want to play the Kingdom Hearts game. I also hear that fire emblem game is crazy good, so I guess there's that as well.

I have a Wii U so I guess deep down I was just hoping they'd port them to the Wii U or something (kinda like how Monster Hunter is on both 3DS and Wii U)

Buy a used 3DS XL and the game it won't cost too much plus there are plenty of demos to download on the Nintendo eShop so you might find something else that you like. I highly recommend Kid Icarus Uprising, IMO that's the essential game that every 3DS owner should have, too bad there's no eShop demo for it

Man, I hope so. I've been waiting for that ever since the 3DS was announced.

DLC, online passes and the rise of casual budget gaming have ruined the video game industry.

For these two alone, the system is worth it. Buy it now. While you're at it, give Soul Hackers a try.

Also I'd just like to point out, handheld systems aren't just to be played outside. I prefer to play handhelds over consoles, simply because they are pick up and go games. Take my Vita for example; it is sitting right next to me now with Persona 4 Golden playing. It was originally a console game, but the handheld version has a LOT more content, without removing anything. I can easily press this little button on the top, the game will turn on where I left it off (Vita stays in sleep mode instead of actually turning off), and I can just sit here and play it for a few minutes before I put it back down.

With a console you have to turn it on, put the game in, wait for the game to load/start up, and then you've got to sit there in front of your TV. Then when you're done playing you have to back out to the home menu (to prevent any issues), turn the console off, sit the controller down, and turn the TV off. It is now here near as fast as simply picking up a handheld and hitting the power button and be playing right away.

I originally bought my 3DS for X/Y 2 months ago and now I have more games for my 3DS than my PS3. In fact I haven't bought a game for my PS3 since early 2012. You never know what what you might take interest in.
