How often do you use the 3D on your 3DS

On my 3ds, regularly.
On my 3DS XL, hardly. Except for on OOT and thats slightly.
Its harder to find the right "spot" on XL to see 3d.

I've only used it out of initial curiosity, and have left it off since. So maybe 5 times. I don't think I will bother to use it again. It's a cool feature, but I don't think 3D really adds to anything.

Most of the time I have it cut off....and is the 3D better on the XL 3DS?

Yes it is. MUCH BETTER.
Heck, I mostly play on 3d the whole time while I'm with the 3DS. ^.^
Currently the 3DS XL is getting near the top of all consoles and handhelds of all time in my opinion ;D

Very rarely. I sometimes put it on simply to check how it's done.

I was surprised to hear that most people turn it off because I have mine on all the time unless I'm playing in the sun. Seems bit pointless to not use it but to each their own.

It increases battery consumption and it can bother people with eye issues. It doesn't really add anything for a lot of people either, myself included, who prefer the 2D look.

I thought the idea was awesome.

Then I plugged in RE Revelations, cranked it all the way up, and saw 3 Jills running on my screen.

Ran into the menu, the in-game sensativity was all the way down, and I could still see an after image on Jill with almost 2/3's of the bar lowered.

Now if I do 3D, I barely clip it up, just enough for the screen to register that I turned it on.

I always use 3D except for games that need allot of input like fighting games. Thats because pressing all those buttons really fast often screws up the 3D angle and I start to see double. Most games benefit from 3D when they dont lose framerate because of it.

Also, Tales of the Abyss looks allot better in 3D than without, despite what allot of people say.

I'll use the 3D if the system's plugged in or if I'm playing through a game for the first time.

i try it out when i get a new game, usually for a few hours, till the battery light turns red... then after its fully charged i play without the 3d and see which is easier for me... in 5 games, ive hated the 3d 5 times...
