I think this would be a good move.

However, I had expected the announcement of Retro's next game to be involved in another Nintendo property, and still would prefer to see them work on something else. But if it's Zelda, that's still alright... Just not ideal, I guess.

I would rather not have it in anyway like Skyrim. I don't want a first person Zelda. I would prefer if they had more story involved, perhaps like The Witcher 2 just with more freedom to explore and such.

I'd buy a Wii U.

Didn't Nintendo mention themselves that they were working on the next Zelda game, and that the forest temple alone was ****ing gigantic?

Well Metroid Prime 1 was an excellent example of how the gameplay of Super Metroid could be adapted into a 3d game. I would say that I would like to see how they could do the same for Zelda but Nintendo already did it 15years ago so I'm not sure what they would add to the franchise.

If Retro does nothing more than add a new and fresh breath of air to the franchise, it'd be worth it.

Nintendo's biggest continual fault is that they refuse to drop trow and put their balls to the wall.

Pokemon's BIGGEST leap was a small bunny op. After what, two decades, the game finally goes marginally 3D? The series already had that ages ago. Why did it not stick? Why are we STILL fighting gym leaders? Pokemon XD was so much more amazing without the usual shtick.

Complete apathy because the Wii U is horrendous and I will never own one.
