seems like used copy on best buy $25 are the best value (especially with B2G1 free)...

I've only played the first BlazBlue game (the PSP version) but the series is pretty good.

Code of Princess is fun, too. Not the deepest game, but enjoyable, with a fantastic soundtrack and some funny parts. The game tends to be sort of self-aware of its silliness.

Code of Princess isn't that bad. It's... good, and that's about it. It's nothing particularly stellar, but what it does it does decently.

Blazblue is apparently a terrible port, on the other hand.

I'd advise against Blazblue. Not because it isn't good, I own Continuum Shift Extend, but because its controls will be horrible on the 3DS. The 3DS just does not have the controls to keep up with the type of game that Blazblue is.
