Broken Left Shoulder Button

#1gambit404Posted 5/19/2013 5:38:14 AM
I just found out that my left shoulder button doesn't work anymore. I'm sure I am past the normal warranty. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I was thinking about calling Nintendo but didn't know if my eshop and street pass data would be safe (I have over 600 puzzle pieces because of a couple of events and never get any in my home town).

Please help!

Thank you for the response. But that seems a little too complex for my skills.

Has anyone had Nintendo fix their 3ds and gotten back their system with all their data still in tact?

I'm pretty sure Nintendo can fix it without wiping the system. Just call them and ask them specifically about the puzzle pieces.

I had my 3ds fixed by nintendo. All my games stayed just fine. I got a ton of street pass from it too.
