Remember all those folks saying Mega Man wasn't dead and the anniversary not...

being over? It's more than half a year ago since MM should've gotten a good anniversary. Meanwhile, E3 has come and gone and still absolutely nothing from Capcom regarding this.

Hell, Nintendo's giving him a more worthy 25th year anniversary than with his inclusion in SSB4 (even though the game isn't coming out until next year).

Yes, this is a Capcom hate topic. I'm hoping to remind you that Capcom still doesn't give a f***. Oh well, at least there's still 1 game (well, 2 games) coming out with Mega Man in it that would make Inafune proud.

For those players who don't speak Australian, we have provided an English translation of the previous scene. Do you want to replay the scene?

It's still relevant as long as they keep screwing everything up.

Had a Street Fighter signature for four years, but Crapcom doesn't deserve such recognition anymore.

Remember when Capcom hired someone based on a 4 level demo and completely funded the game, put a team of devs on it with him and released it for free on PC for the 25th anniversary?

It's been a whopping 6 months since the last new Mega Man game, and it was 2 years between MM10 and SFxMM. Quit calling the series dead.

Lol. Sure, let's consider an advertised fangame (which was barely QA'd in the end and is worse than many other completely free fangames) a worthy anniversary celebration.

Fan games aren't developed by people working at Capcom. The word you're looking for is "official".

SFxMM was garbage. It ran like crap on most PC's due to poor testing and optimisation. Other than that, they released a fangame as THE 25 year anniversary game. Other titles they released for the anniversary include a piss poor MMX iOS remake and a garbage MMXOver game. Yeah, they are release MM1-6 for $5 a piece... on 3DS VC... of course, there's the fact that we've gotten a much better anniversary collection game in 2004-2005 that includes MM1-6 and 4 more games on top of that (MM7, 8 and the 2 fighting games).

Meanwhile, many MM games have been cancelled that are each much better than the 25th anniversary efforts we've gotten. Mega Man Legends 3, Mega Man Online, Mega Man Universe and that Mega Man fps game with Metroid Prime developers working on it. Hmm... I might even be forgetting a game.

The very least Capcom could've done was release an MM anniversary collection on Eshop (both), XLBA and PSN. Of course, ideally they should've released collections of all MMX main games, all MMZ main games, all Battle Network games, all Starforce games, the 2 MMZX games and last, but not least... the 2 Mega Man Legends games.

Capcom rolled out the red carpet for that piece-of-**** series Street Fighter, and people still insist that crappy Megaman freeware from December was anything more than a shoddy, cobbled-together attempt at appeasement?

Don't even know what to say to this. It's a shame Capcom still has people leashed like puppies.

To be honest, it's just n00bsaib0t that argues such a thing. We all know the fangame was a poor attempt at appeasement.

It's pretty simple.

Inafune's baby was Mega Man.
Inafune ticked off Capcom.
Inafune left Capcom.
Capcom now hates Inafuna. Despises him.
So Capcom hates Mega Man.

Until that line of company thinking changes, Mega Man will continue to be neglected and spat upon by the company that owns the rights to him.
