fire emblem has way too much dlc, so dkcr, unless you just don't like platformers

That DLC is also optional. What does DLC have to do with the purchase either way?

FE:A is a really good gaming experience but after you beat it there isn't a ton more to do.

DKCR is a game you can beat quicker than FE:A, but maybe 5 months to a year later pick back up and beat it again no problem, or maybe 2-3 months after you can play a few more levels.

Platformers are good for that. They aren't as extremely addicting like FPS and Sports games and RPG's can be, but you can always go back to them and they are still fun to beat.


It's a tougher decision than most might think.


0-40 hours your getting good value out of FE:A

After that...it's iffy.

For DK, you are getting a good 0-15 hours......but every now and then you can re-experience that without getting sick of it.
