Does Nintendo have some kind of anti... anti-aliasing policy now?

I remember some early 3DS games used anti-aliasing in 2D mode but now I barely see any of that anymore. It's kind of a shame because it hurts the graphics a bit, especially when you consider that DS, an inferior system, used it.

Oh and for those who have no idea what I'm talking about:

Basically it makes the edges of objects look less jagged.

"Anti-aliasing" is an actual term. The first "anti" refers to being against it or the opposite of. So you could read it as "being against anti-aliasing."

MH3U uses anti-aliasing, and that was fairly recent.
