I'm going to buy SMTIV for retail and selling the game for $40-$45 on craigslist. I'm not interested in the game but I am interested in the promotion.

I already have the game thank you very much.

She is pretty young, age 7, and loves that fairy princess stuff. Thinking of buying her some Disney thing or something.

Wouldn't it just be easier to just transfer $30 to the eShop? If I am not mistaken the game is $50. So you spend $50 and gain $30 resulting in a $20 loss. Selling it for $40 ultimately results in you gaining $20. Seems like a bit of effort for $20 imo. (correct my math if wrong please)

I don't mind losing a bit. Profit is profit and it isn't a hassle to me because cheap games go fast on craigslist.
